Tomorrow is the big day, friends! After 6 months of construction delays, I will finally open the doors and kick off this new journey with Story & Teller's North Loop storefront. The last few weeks have been a whirlwind - from building fixtures, to moving products, to installing tech equipment, to merchandising and labeling - not to mention that time I fell off a ladder. Getting the space ready to open has been a huge labor of love, and as I head into tomorrow, I'm overcome with so many emotions. Relief. Fear. Determination. Gratitude. Pride. Most of all though: excitement.
I simply cannot wait to show you all S&T's first ever brick-and-mortar. This is something I've envisioned for (truly) 9 years. Getting to make it a reality has been indescribable and I couldn't have made it to this opening eve without the love, encouragement, and help from so many family and friends. It has taken a village, and now I get to build a new one by growing a community around Story & Teller.
Each time you step foot into S&T, I want you to feel instantly welcomed and uplifted. I (and soon the team) am not just here to sell you something, I'm here to share in your excitement and help you find the perfect piece, learn something new, or draw inspiration for your home. Whether you're hunting for something special to call your own or thoughtfully gifting to a loved one, I'm here to make your experience unforgettable.
Eager to be one of the first to see the space? Come on by from 11-6 PM to peruse and celebrate Story & Teller's first day. Hola Coffee will be serving up drinks (I'm partial to the signature S&T Latte) from 11-2 PM.
