- After checkout, you will receive an email from us within 2 business days with our pre-consult questionnaire and required deliverables, including room dimensions, photos, video, and styling service agreement
- Once we receive your completed questionnaire and deliverables, we contact you again via email to schedule your discovery call, which we confirm with a calendar invite that includes video details
- You and our stylist connect and discuss the room in your home you are looking for help along with your vision and goals. Your stylist confirms the remaining project timeline estimate and schedules the design reveal call
- Our stylist creates a personalized design board with product and layout recommendations that elevate your space and achieve your desired aesthetic
- You two reconnect for a reveal call to review the design board and answer any questions
- You are left with a detailed visual guide and comprehensive product summary to help you flawlessly bring the room together on your own timeline

Our stylist will evaluate the scope of the project based on your completed questionnaire and deliverables, and will notify you as soon as possible if incremental hourly fees are needed based on your space and goals. If you are not interested in proceeding forward with the revised rate, we will refund your original fee and hope to work with you on a future project.
